Setting Up a Care Package

To set up a care package you can contact us by phone, fax or complete the enquiry form and press the submit button.

A Manager will visit the prospective client/ family/ representatives to undertake an assessment of needs before care begins.

This will involve the Manager asking some practical questions and undertaking a full risk assessment to ensure that there is a safe working environment for both carers and client.

Once a care package has been designed to suit the client’s needs, a written copy will be given to the client.  Appropriate carers will be selected and told in detail what care is required.

New clients are monitored closely for the first 72 hours to ensure the service provided is compatible with their needs.
